Powder metallurgy gears are made by die-casting and sintering metal powder. Their strength is generally superior to nylon plastic gears but inferior to CNC steel-cut gears, and they are commonly used in most 1:12 and 1:10 scale models.In terms of compression resistance:

1. For small-scale nylon/zinc alloy gears: Avoid using brushless motors as they are prone to tooth stripping.
2. For powder metallurgy gears: Brushless motors are supported, but excessive upgrades are not recommended.
3. For steel-cut gears: Although durable, the model scale still needs to be considered.
